Adding users

Make yourself root:

$ su -l chess
$ fics_addplayer: fics_addplayer ⟨UserName⟩ ⟨FullName⟩ ⟨EmailAddress⟩
$ man 1 fics_addplayer

fics_addplayer is in /home/chess/bin. but if you logged in with su -l then running it from any dir should be possible because it adds the bin/ dir to the PATH
